The bottles are made of dark green glass, ideal because they are perfectly suited to the oil, health and the environment. The dark glass protects the oil from light, while still allowing the pleasure of perceiving its fluidity.
Delivery
We send your oil with DHL to Europe. Delivery is very reliable and packages are well packaged.
However, there may be delays in delivery in certain cases. Therefore, plan a day in reserve just to be on the safe side.
Delivery times are approximately 7-10 working days.
Orders are shipped between Monday and Friday until 5 p.m. at the latest.
If the package cannot be delivered to the recipient, you can have it sent to a relay point.
Returns
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with yourpurchase of olive oil, we offer you the option to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please carefully read our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.
Return Conditions
Return Period: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging intact. Any product that has been opened or used will not be refunded.
Proof of Purchase: Please include copy of your receipt or order confirmation with the returned product.
Return Procedure
Contact Us: Before returning the product, please contact our customer service at info@alparico.es to obtain a return authorization. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Preparing the Return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is well-protected to avoid any damage during transit.
Shipping: Send the product to the following address: Al Parico SL, Cami Cala’n Turqueta S/N, 07760 Ciutadella de Menorca, Balears, Spain. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund
Product Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or if we made an error with your order.
Exceptions
Defective Products or Order Errors: If you receive a defective product or if we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately at info@alparico.es with details and photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement or arrange for the return and refund at no additional cost to you.
