The winery
Set within the vineyard landscape as a presence both prehistoric and contemporary, the winery first reveals itself through its relationship to the soil, the light, and the passage of time. More than a mere production facility, it offers a journey—a sensory experience where architecture accompanies the making of the wine and the rhythm of the day.
The spirit
From the undulating mass of vineyards emerges a long, whitewashed stone building, a contemporary naveta with a sloping roof, a tumulus paying homage to wine. Despite so much mineral solidity, there is a strange sense of movement: is the visible part of the winery being lifted by the earth’s depths, or does it anchor itself there like a ship run aground?
The Way
Walk around this mysterious monolith to enter it and escape the heat. Discover a spacious, unexpected interior, designed by and for winemaking, descending into the cool of its cellars. Vaulted volumes follow one another, housing the workspaces, fermentation tanks, wine cellars, and barrel rooms of the winery.
And when the day comes to an end, ascend to the roof, at the level of the prow, to watch the stars replace the sky glowing red in the distance toward Mallorca.
